Carlos Logos walks into the office after his lunch break in the sunshine. He takes a seat at his desk and logs onto his computer. His co-worker, Juan Experrecta, is seated at his own desk nearby and greets Logos with a friendly, “Hello.” Logos returns the salutation, “Beautiful day, huh?” “Sure is” replies Experrecta. Logos pushes away from his desk, riding his chair towards Experrectsa’s station. “Yep. Gorgeous blue sky. Well… except for all those chemtrails” says Logos.

Experrecta, who had hardly looked up from his computer keyboard, turns to Logos. “Chemtrails? Don’t you mean contrails?” Logos interlocks his hands on the back of his head, leaving his elbows pointing up and outwards like two big Elephant ears. He leans back in his chair facing Experrecta. Logos answers his friend’s question with another. “By contrails, do you mean the water vapor and ice crystals that are caused by aircraft engines exhaust at high altitude when accompanied by the proper temperature and humidity?” Experrecta smiling quickly answers, “Yes!”

Logos continues. “By contrail, do you mean condensation trails? Are you talking about those white lines that trail behind high flying aircraft and dissipate rather rapidly, like within a few seconds or minutes, and maintain an even distance from the airplane, like a tail?” Looking intrigued, Experrecta again answers, “Yes!”

chemtrails“Oh. Well I’m not talking about contrails. I’m talking about the long lines you see high in the sky regardless of temperature or humidity. Lines that crisscross and parallel each other, often times stretching from horizon to horizon. Lines that do not dissipate rapidly, but rather lingers for hours, and even spread out in a milky haze. I’m talking about chemtrails.”

Experrecta exhales, “I’ve never noticed that! What the heck are they spraying?” Logos shrugs, “I’m not sure. Lots of theories though. People have been taking surface water and soil samples in areas of high chemtrail activity, and their finding high quantities of aluminum, barium, and all kinds of other nasty stuff.”

“Who is spraying it?” Experrecta asks with a need to know attitude. “I don’t know…” says Logos, “But their doing it in U.S. airspace and around the world, uninhibited!”

Experrecta, now a bit freaked out demands, “Why are they spraying?” Logos answers, not expecting his friend to come around so quickly, “I don’t know. There are all kinds of theories. Some say it is part of Agenda 21. Some say it’s geoengineering to reflect solar radiation from the sun. You know to counter the whole global warming. Others say it helps with manipulating military radio communication. Some say its part of HAARP. Some say it is the great culling of humanity. Who knows? Maybe it is all of the above.”

Experrecta now standing and looking out the window asks, “How could I have never noticed it before? Logos replies, “In plain sight is a great place to hind something, right? All you have to do is look up.”

Weather modification is nothing new. Opsec News published articles entitled Project Cirrus the first known U.S. effort into weather modification in the 1940′s, Project Stromfury an ambitious experimental program of research on hurricane modification carried out between 1962 and 1983, and Operation Popeye a secret U.S. campaign of weaponized weather warfare during the Vietnam War from 1967 to 1972. All three articles shows documentation proving weather modification is an old hat for the U.S. government.

In response to Operation Popeye the United Nation passed the 1976 treaty “Convention on the Prohibition of Military or Any Other Hostile Use of Environmental Modification Techniques” or ENMOD. Which was ratified by President Carter in 1979.

The Foreign Affairs’s website, which is a CFR publication, released an article entitled “The Geoengineering Option: A Last Resort Against Global Warming.

Former Representative from Ohio’s 10th District, Dennis Kucinich, attempted to pass legislation entitled H.R. 2977: Space Preservation Act of 2001, in which chemtrails are classified as a weapon. If you have never read this legislation, take a look at SEC. 7. DEFINITIONS. United States Patent 5,003,186, A method is described for reducing atmospheric or global warming resulting from the presence of heat-trapping gases in the atmosphere, i.e., from the greenhouse effect. Such gases are relatively transparent to sunshine, but absorb strongly the long-wavelength infrared radiation released by the earth. The method includes the step of seeding the layer of heat-trapping gases in the atmosphere with particles of materials characterized by wavelength-dependent emissivity. Such materials include Welsbach materials and the oxides of metals which have high emissivity (and thus low reflectivities) in the visible and 8-12 micron infrared wavelength regions.
